Job Purpose:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implements Human Resource strategy by establishing accountability including talent acquisitions, staffing, employment processing and compensation.
  • Provide support to other department in implementation of performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Deal with grievances and violations appealing disciplinary action when required.
  • Implement all HR functions including but not limited to: Recruitment –posting of job adverts receiving, sorting applications, arrangements for interviews, Staff contracts and contracts renewal administration, benefits entitlements, Changes in status, leave administration, performance management and staff exit management.
  • Monitor all recruiting activities, and participate in interviews as required, to ensure timely recruitment process is done.
  • Actively identify training opportunities for Gulzad Groups staff and establish a databank of training opportunities.
  • Review the updated vacancy tracking list & keep the record.
  • Collecting the applications, screening the applications, preparing the long-list & short-list and schedule the interviews.
  • Conduct strong background check for newly hired employees with their current and previous employers and ensure to hire a right person for the right job.
  • Issuing the employment offer and contract and ensure the employees receive a copy of that.
  • Responsible for arranging orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Ensure the employees personnel information is kept secure and confidential.
  • Ensure all the audit required documents are available in personnel files.
  • Responsible for receiving field offices request and processing those requests.
  • Responsible for updating HRIS (odoo) database and all other HR related tracking forms.
  • Maintain files for all terminated staff. Ensure that files for all terminated staff from all sites are forwarded to Kabul.
  • Providing advice and assistance for staff regarding policy implementation if required.
  • To keep update, leave record for all staff and keep update the recording it on monthly basis.
  • Make sure the newly hired employees are registered with the e-attendance system.
  • Keep truck of employee’s probationary and annual completion dates.
  • Responsible to bring the issue to the attention of the supervisors to appraise their staff performance during their probationary and annual anniversaries.
  • Issuing the employment confirmation and contract extension letters to the employees after appraisal.
  • Perform Any other duties assigned by his/supervisor.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in the fields of Business and administration with having 3 year relevant field experience. Bachelor degree in the field of business administration or relevant field or having at least 5 years of proven related experience with Human Resource.
